1WL Agency is committed to acting ethically, with integrity, and in a way that helps prevent modern slavery, servitude, forced labour, and human trafficking in its business activities and supply chains.

We recognise that modern slavery is a serious criminal offence and a violation of fundamental human rights. Although 1WL Agency operates as a small digital service business with a relatively low-risk operating model, we do not accept any form of modern slavery within our business or in the businesses we work with.

2. Scope

This policy applies to 1WL Agency’s business activities, supplier relationships, and any third parties engaged to provide services to the business.

3. Our Approach

As a digital agency, our supply chain is relatively limited and typically includes software providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, professional services, and other business support suppliers. While the nature of our operations means exposure to modern slavery risk is lower than in many labour-intensive industries, we still take reasonable steps to promote ethical business practices and to avoid knowingly working with organisations involved in exploitation.

• operating its business in an honest, transparent, and ethical manner
• not knowingly working with suppliers, contractors, or partners involved in slavery, servitude, forced labour, or human trafficking
• taking a sensible and proportionate approach to supplier selection, particularly where there may be a higher risk based on geography, sector, or labour model
• reviewing concerns raised about unethical labour practices and acting appropriately where issues are identified
• expecting suppliers and service providers to comply with applicable laws and to maintain appropriate standards within their own operations
• reviewing this policy periodically to ensure it remains appropriate to the business

5. Supplier Expectations

Where relevant and proportionate, 1WL Agency expects suppliers and service providers to:

• comply with applicable employment, labour, and anti-slavery laws
• take reasonable steps to ensure modern slavery is not taking place within their own business or supply chains
• act promptly if concerns are raised regarding forced labour, human trafficking, or exploitative working practices

If we become aware of credible concerns relating to a supplier or third party, we may review the relationship and, where appropriate, cease working with that organisation.

6. Responsibility

Responsibility for this policy sits with the directors of 1WL Agency. Consideration of ethical sourcing and supplier conduct forms part of normal business decision-making, in a way that is proportionate to the size and nature of the business.

7. Reporting Concerns

Any concerns relating to modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking connected to 1WL Agency’s business or supply chain should be raised with the directors as soon as possible so that the matter can be considered and, where appropriate, investigated.

8. Review

This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated where necessary to reflect changes in the business, supply chain arrangements, or relevant legal requirements.
