Client Overview

Williams Talent Management Consulting (WTMC) came to us at the start of their business journey — a new consultancy specialising in workforce training and development, with a particular focus on the UK's Apprenticeship Levy scheme. With a clear sense of their market and a distinctive personal brand rooted in energy and professionalism, they needed a digital presence that communicated both.

The Challenge

Carl Williams, the founder of WTMC, had already begun developing a prototype logo and initial website concept, which gave us a clear understanding of his design sensibility and the direction he wanted the brand to take. Our role was to take that starting point and refine it into a polished, professionally produced brand identity and website that would stand up to scrutiny in a corporate market.

As with many start-up businesses, the project required a pragmatic approach to budget. The brief was to deliver a high-quality result without unnecessary expenditure — focusing investment on what would have the greatest impact on how the business was perceived by prospective clients.

Our Approach

We began with the branding. With the brand established, we moved to the website. Based on the business's priorities and the services Carl wanted to lead with, we structured the site around two focused pages — each dedicated to a core service area — keeping the user journey clean and the messaging deliberate.
