Client Overview

Drax Executive is a London-based specialist recruitment firm operating at board and leadership level, placing senior executives across major organisations. Operating in a market where credibility and presentation are paramount, they needed a website that reflected the calibre of both the roles they fill and the clients they serve.

The Challenge

Drax Executive's existing digital presence no longer represented the firm accurately. The website was dated in both design and functionality, and failed to communicate the analytical rigour and professional standing that defines their approach to executive search.

The project came to us through a collaboration with a leading online marketing agency who handled design and broader marketing strategy. Our role was to deliver the technical build — translating designs into a high-performing WordPress website that met both the aesthetic and functional requirements of the brief.

Our Approach

We worked closely with the marketing agency's design team and the Drax Executive marketing team throughout, reviewing designs and providing technical input before the build phase commenced. A clear sitemap was established early, with WordPress templates planned around the content types and page structures the site required.

Custom content editors were designed to give the Drax team straightforward control over their content, whilst ensuring the visual integrity of each page was maintained regardless of who was making updates.
