Andy Swindell has been working in the web industry since 2003, bringing together technical understanding and commercial instinct in equal measure. As co-founder and Director of One Wavelength Ltd, he leads client services, project planning and strategy across the agency’s full portfolio.

Over two decades Andy has delivered digital projects for some of the world’s most recognised brands, including Weetabix, Fujitsu, Toshiba and Intel. He has led multinational, multilingual website projects for major airports including Cardiff, Belfast International and London Luton, and overseen complex ERP integrations with systems including Microsoft Dynamics and SAP.

At 1WL, Andy’s role spans the breadth of every client engagement — from initial discovery and strategic planning through to delivery, content configuration and long-term relationship management. Clients rely on him to cut through the noise, understand problems from their side of the table, and propose solutions that balance usability, ROI and long-term sustainability.

His background in sales and client services gives him a perspective that goes beyond the technical — he thinks in terms of outcomes, not just deliverables.

Andy is known for his straight-talking approach, his eye for detail, and his old-school values: do what you say, when you say it.
